Technical difficulties of photovoltaic brackets

First of all, high-quality steel sections usually have a high level of galvanizing technology. According to the requirements of national standards, the average thickness of the galvanized layer should be greater than 50μm, and the minimum thickness should be greater than 45μm. In fact, although the average thickness of the galvanized layer of many products can meet the requirements, the minimum thickness is less than 40 μm, and pitting corrosion often occurs in actual use. Halogen corrodes steel very quickly and may weaken the overall support structure within a year, causing safety hazards. Therefore, achieving a highly uniform galvanizing process is not an easy task.

Secondly, the connection of steel sections is a technical difficulty. A complete set of effective connection methods includes not only the clever ideas on the connectors, but also the design of the back holes of the channel steel, the design of the engaging teeth, etc. This involves stamping, casting and other aspects of iron and steel metallurgical technology.
In addition, double-sided channel steel used to bear larger loads must be welded back to back. There is a big gap between the levels of various welding processes. Pressure laser welding can ensure uniform connection across the entire section, and the two channel steels are completely integrated into one and bear stress together; while electric welding technology can only partially fix the two channel steels together, and the stress form is closer to that of a superposed beam. In order to improve the bearing capacity of some steel sections, cold rolling of stiffeners is added to the channel steel.

In short, there are many technical difficulties in the production process of assembled steel brackets, which require metallurgical engineering technicians to overcome technical barriers and further reduce their use costs.
