Prepare construction tools: Before you begin installation, make sure you have all necessary construction tools and equipment.
Determine the installation location: Determine the installation location of the photovoltaic bracket based on factors such as solar radiation intensity, support capacity of devices such as the ground or roof, and grid access points. Usually, the installation location is chosen to be on the roof, facing north and south, with an angle of 5-10 degrees south-west to ensure there is no obstruction to increase the sunshine time.
Measurement calibration: Use measuring tools to accurately measure the installation location and determine the necessary dimensions and position marks.
Prepare the foundation: Clean the debris at the installation location to ensure that the foundation is flat and stable. Select the corresponding foundation for installation based on the type of bracket, which may include steps such as foundation concrete pouring and foundation leveling.
Assemble the bracket: According to the structure and size of the bracket, assemble the bracket according to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer. This typically includes steps such as post installation, beam installation, and fastener installation. During the assembly process, ensure the verticality, flatness and firmness of the connection of the bracket.
Install the front and rear side diagonal braces (diagonal beams): After the assembly is completed, the front and rear side diagonal braces, that is, diagonal beams, will be installed to provide structural reinforcement.
Adjust the bracket: Determine the installation position of the bracket according to the arrangement and spacing requirements of the photovoltaic modules. Use theodolite, spirit level and other tools for precise positioning and adjustment. According to the size and tilt angle requirements of the photovoltaic modules, adjust the height, tilt and other parameters of the bracket.
Fixing photovoltaic modules: Use special clamps or fasteners to fix the photovoltaic modules to the bracket. Ensure that the photovoltaic modules are installed firmly and stably.
Inspection and Testing: Once installation is complete, conduct a thorough inspection and testing of the PV rack to ensure that all components have been installed correctly and meet safety standards.
