Photovoltaic brackets have many classification methods, such as welding type and assembled type according to the connection method, fixed type and sun-mounted type according to the installation structure, ground type and roof type according to the installation location. Regardless of the type of photovoltaic system, the structure of the bracket is generally similar, including connectors, columns, keels, beams, auxiliary parts and other parts.
Fixed photovoltaic bracket
Fixed photovoltaic brackets, as the name suggests, refer to bracket systems whose orientation and angle remain unchanged after installation. The fixed installation method directly places the solar photovoltaic modules towards low latitudes (at a certain angle with the ground), and forms a solar photovoltaic array in series and parallel connection, thereby achieving the purpose of solar photovoltaic power generation. There are many ways to fix it. For example, the ground fixing methods include pile foundation method (direct burial method), concrete block weight method, pre-embedded method, ground anchor method, etc. The roof fixing method has different solutions depending on the roof material.
The brackets of solar arrays are usually fixed by hot-dip galvanized steel products or stainless steel anchor bolts protruding from the reinforced concrete foundation. When a concrete foundation is used on the roof of a house, uncover part of the waterproof layer of the house and peel off the concrete surface. Weld the steel bars of the concrete base for the array to the steel bars of the patio. When the steel bars cannot be welded, in order to use the adhesion and self-weight of the concrete to resist wind pressure, the surface of the concrete base is made uneven to increase the adhesion. Afterwards, a secondary waterproofing treatment is carried out with a waterproof filler.
