How to install photovoltaic brackets

Ground fixing methods: There are many ground fixing methods, such as pile foundation method (direct burial method), concrete block weight method, pre-embedded method, ground anchor method, etc. The brackets of the solar array are usually fixed by hot-dip galvanized steel products or stainless steel anchor bolts that protrude from the reinforced concrete foundation.

Roof fixing method: When a concrete foundation is used on the roof of a house, it is necessary to uncover part of the waterproof layer, peel off the concrete surface, and weld the steel bars of the concrete base for the array together on the patio steel bars. If steel bars cannot be welded, in order to make the surface of the concrete base uneven to increase adhesion, the adhesion and self-weight of the concrete can be used to resist wind pressure. Afterwards, a secondary waterproofing treatment is carried out with a waterproof filler.

Bracket assembly and installation: The photovoltaic module bracket is composed of rear columns, front columns, cross beams, inclined beams, connectors, etc., and is connected by bolts, plastic wing nuts, etc. to form a structure. The battery components are connected with the bracket beams using pressure blocks to form a unit as a whole. First, prepare construction tools and choose the installation location. Generally, choose the roof. The direction is north to south, and the angle is 5-10 degrees south to west. Make sure there are no obstructions. The pipes entering the house should be appropriately reduced to increase the sunshine time. Then, assemble the bracket according to the instructions. When installing, first assemble the front and rear columns together, and use a wrench to tighten the screws until there is no looseness. Then, the front and rear pieces of the installation are supported diagonally on the sides, that is, diagonal beams, which serve as structural reinforcements. Finally, after assembly is completed, make sure that the rear bracket mullion is at right angles to the ground. Use a wrench to tighten all the screws with appropriate torque to prevent slippage. All bracket connections use stainless steel bolts.
